FIXES:
- Fixes an issue on a system running Windows 7 where the system fails to resume
from sleep (S3) or hibernate (S4) modes and displays the error code, STOP 0x4E.
- Fixes an issue on a system running Windows 7 where enabling software
encryption causes the system to display the error message, Failed (Activating
Encryption Failed:-2147023537).
- Fixes an issue on a system running Windows 7 where the system stops
functioning (hangs) and displays a flashing cursor when the system is restarted
by the software encryption process.
- Fixes an issue on a system running Windows 7 where LAN/WLAN auto-switching
does not function properly when LAN/WLAN auto-switching is enabled in the F10
BIOS Setup after the drive is encrypted.
- Fixes an issue on a system running Windows 7 where the text on the TPM Backup
for Drive Encryption Keys page does not display properly after the custom text
size (DPI) is set to Larger-150%.
- Fixes an issue on a dual-drive system running Windows 8.1 where interrupting
the software encryption process on the primary drive and then immediately
attempting to encrypt the secondary drive causes the encryption on the secondary
drive to fail.
- Fixes an issue on a system running Windows 7 or Windows 10 where a
BitLocker-encrypted drive can also be encrypted using HP Drive Encryption using
the Quick Setup Wizard. The expectation is that HP Drive Encryption must not
encrypt a BitLocker-encrypted drive.
- Fixes an issue on a system running Windows 10 with Device Guard enabled where
entering login credentials on the system causes a blue screen error to occur and
the system to display an error message.
- Fixes an issue on a system running Windows 10 where the System Event Log
reports the error, The system could not successfully load the crash dump driver,
with an Event ID 45.
- Fixes an issue on a system running Windows 10 where the system cannot be
powered off after fast startup is enabled.
- Fixes an issue on a system running Windows 10 where the system cannot
hibernate or shut down. The system reboots and remains on.
- Fixes an issue on a system running Windows 10 where system recovery invoked
via HP Recovery Manager causes a black screen to be displayed.
- Fixes an issue on a hardware encrypted system running Windows 10 which causes
the error message, Failed (Activating Encryption Failed:-2147023537), to be
displayed after recovery using F11 is completed.
- Fixes an issue on a system running Windows 10 where the system is unable to
enter sleep (S3) mode.
- Fixes an issue on a system running Windows 10 where restarting the system
after reinstalling HP Drive Encryption from HP Software Setup Utility causes a
black screen to be displayed.
- Fixes an issue on a system running Windows 10 with Secure Boot enabled where
installing HP Drive Encryption on the system causes a blue screen event to occur
and the system to display an error message, Stop Code: INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE.

HOW TO USE:
1. Download the file by clicking the Download or Obtain Software button and
saving the file to a folder on your hard drive (make a note of the folder where
the downloaded file is saved).
2. Double-click the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.
