FIXES:
- Fixes an issue where an LE Bluetooth mouse paired to the system stops
functioning after the system resumes from hibernation mode in a locked screen.
- Fixes an issue which causes a Bluetooth headset paired to the system to
disconnect unexpectedly.

HOW TO USE:
