DESCRIPTION :
VMware Horizon Clients allows you to connect to your VMware Horizon virtual desktop from your HP Thin Client giving you secured access to virtualized applications and desktops.

This package installs the VMware Client 2212 on supported thin client models running the 64bit Win10 IoT.

KNOWN ISSUES:

-HTML5 redirection consumes lots Thin Clients local system resource. This feature is not recommended for low power systems. 
-URL-r option can not be installed in Secure Boot mode when upgrading the client 4.7 from 4.6 and older. User need to uninstall the old client first before installing client 4.7 or later.
-User may not login remote Blast & PCoIP Win7 Desktop with 4K monitor. To use this configuration, recommend to uninstall HTML5 redirection feature.
 If HTML5 redirection feature enabled, it needs more than 4G ram to connect 4K monitor. 

SPACE REQUIREMENTS :

  This add-on requires uncompressed free space on the flash memory (Drive C:)
  and uncompressed free space in the temporary folder. These space requirements
  must be met in order to successfully deploy this add-on.

  1) Space required on the flash memory for installation    : 60 MB
  2) Space required on the flash memory after installation :  40 MB (with NTFS Compression)
  3) Space required in the temporary folder for installation : 160.00 or better MB

  To ensure that the temporary folder always has the required amount of free space
  for installation, HP recommends that the %TEMP% and %TMP% variables be
  temporarily re-defined to a network share on the deployment server, and that the
  setup program be executed from the deployment server. Otherwise, the add-on may fail
  to deploy correctly.

REMARKS :

  The install package, VMwareHorizonClient-2212.exe, contains only files
  for installing VMware View Client.  It does not execute some commands that are
  needed to complete the installation of the component.  To successfully deploy this
  component to the client, the following steps need to be done.

    	1) The Unified Write Filter must be disabled prior to executing the program
	
	2) Any old version of VMware Horizon View Client must be uninstalled and a reboot 
	   must be executed prior to execute this program
	
	3) The VMwareHorizonClient-2212.exe program must be executed using
         the "-s" switch. If this program is not executed using the "-s" switch, the program
         may not run correctly.

        4) A reboot must be executed.
